What is collected

• What you enter — name, phone, email, city, education, experience, skills, and whatever a module you activate asks for.
• What you upload — a profile photograph, and documents you attach yourself.
• What the system records — when you sign in, from which address, and what actions you take on your own data.

You decide what is visible

Every field carries its own setting: public, signed-in members only, visible within a module you have published, or private.

A field left private is not shown on your public page, is not sent to search engines, and is not included in the structured data that describes your profile to them.

What is never done

• Your details are not sold, and not passed to advertisers.
• There is no third-party advertising or tracking script on these pages.
• Documents you upload are stored outside the public web root and are not reachable by URL.

Support access to your account

A platform administrator can enter your account to help with a problem. When that happens they must type a reason first, the session is recorded from beginning to end, and the record names both the administrator and your account.

You can read those reasons yourself on your own settings page. Nothing about this is hidden from you.

One-time codes

Codes sent to your phone or email confirm that an account belongs to you. They expire quickly, are stored only in a form we cannot read back, and are never used for marketing.

Keeping and deleting

Your profile is kept while your account exists. Pausing a module hides it without discarding anything you typed; deleting your account removes your profile from Silah.

Records that exist for security or accountability — sign-in attempts and the administrator audit trail — are kept even after the data they refer to is gone, because a log that can be erased by the person it describes is not a log.

Write to support@silah.pk to ask what is held about you, to correct it, or to have your account removed.
